We recently had a customer who ordered bunk bed bedding for her adorable little girls and sent us a picture of this bedding on her daughters’ beds. We love seeing customer photos! I worked with this customer personally, helping her to get the design she and her girls wanted. Remembering putting in her order and noticing that there was a pillow sham missing, I asked about it. She had thought she had forgotten to order it, but I knew she hadn’t. Even though it had been about 60 days since the order was placed, we were able to work with the manufacturer to get the missing sham made and sent out that same week!
