My name is Kelly, owner of Bedding for Bunks. As a mama to three kids, I have gone through quite a few bunk beds over the years. Bunk beds are truly exceptional space savers and what kid doesn’t go into hyperdrive over the idea of getting a bunk bed, right?
Happy kids, happy mom, yes? Well, not exactly. Making up a bunk bed is a pain in the backside, and that is putting it lightly. Have you ever played a game of Twister as a kid? I have come up with the analogy that making up the top bunk of a bunk bed is akin to playing a game of Twister, and let me tell you, it isn’t pretty! Climbing, twisting, tugging, tucking, pushing.. you get the idea. Let’s just say that Twister isn’t as fun as it used to be! As a designer, I have years of experience in textile design and other mediums of graphic design. I love color, patterns, and great fabric! As a mom, I want to be able to offer things that make life a little bit easier for myself and other moms. As a woman in business, I know the importance of great customer service.
Along with running a bunk bed bedding business, I am also a graduate student, working toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
